Rough Edges
do you really want to mess around with me?
i was emotionally cut off by a parent at fourteen
i dealt with abuse of all kinds from a young age
i mentally imploded as a teenager
yet, i survived,
but somehow i wasted all of my early twenties
i fed of on a diet of rabid depression
yet, i survived,
so, think about it,
am i the type of person you want to harass?
who is stronger,
and which one of us has never had to face themselves
which one of us will experience a recovery,
which will be much longer
