Emotions
why are emotions classed –
as negative?
why is a sad poem,
seen as not being happy
why is feeling,
so judged and assessed
are feelings just that,
a myriad of emotions
a jigsaw of many pieces
hearts with spaces,
all with leases
surely feeling and by feeling,
i do mean feelings
they are whatever we want
it is surely a positive
to be able to feel,
and express who you are
would you rather slink back,
into the shadows and be quiet?
