So Much I Want To Say To You

there is so much i want to say to you
and i tried…
i poured out my emotions –
till i was tongue tied
but you never listened
and then i realised you never had
you had your belief
and there was never any going back
even now,
on this terribly cold october day
as the summer dramatically –
and quite suddenly moves away
there is so much i want to say to you
but all you ever did was dismiss my words
as well as my life and my achievements
you had no interest in what i do
no interest in jigsaws and clues
there is so much i want to say to you
but you have dismissed my feelings
and overturned all of my opinions
you never sat down with me –
and asked why i and those close to me
could possibly disagree with you
but you are not that kind of person
peoples opinions do not matter
and in that sense people cannot matter to you
