Childhood Memories (Real Imaginary Friends)

i should know better
but recalling friends from childhood
the ones never seen
those people i knew from night scenes
those things that are not meant to exist
but quite obviously do,
i am sure your remember being psychic
i am sure you do,
and you probably still are
even if you do not know it
even if your aura does not show it
time travels on, but not for others
from the little people,
to the so real imaginary friends
their existence is constant
just as we continue to think
i should know better than to preach my beliefs
but when there is so much misunderstanding
it’s hard to just clench your teeth
you know it is time to stand up and speak
