The Bullies Den – Written Thursday 30th December 2004 (Aged 29)

The Bullies Den

get me out of a bullies den
get me to safety
have i told you –
when i was a change fatality
get me to a mattress
to a warm and comfy bed
where tenderness
surrounds my head
get me out of a bullies den
where control is a mechanism
and i need to defend
have i told you –
when i thought the world was going to end
it took a few moments
but i soon found my friends
get me out of the bullies den
when everything is oppressed
and despair does not end
