Glass Wall
i am surprisingly numb
like a glass wall exists
all the comments,
all the things said,
all the fishing,
all the baiting
i am surprisingly numb
i have a moment –
when i react
then i find myself biting back
like a glass wall exists
and i cannot be under attack
this numbness
displays a lack of emotion
which considering –
my original shackles up approach
is quite some notion
all the comments,
all the intrusions into my space
the irrationality,
that looks like egg on their face
i am surprisingly numb
like a glass wall exists
between me and the all the things said
