Today Is Not The Day I Fall Apart

today may rain hard
and it may rain hard deep in my heart
but today,
today is not the day i fall apart
i get up,
and i move along
i know times has no union
i know it works hard,
but i know it has no union song
so today may rain hard
and i will watch as it pours down streets
leaving pavements shiny and wet
and i know time feels too fast
so, today may rain hard
and it may rain hard on my heart
but today,
today is not the day i fall apart
today is not the day hope feels parched
and today is not the day
that does not know how to laugh
today may rain hard
and it may rain hard deep in my heart
but today,
today is not the day i fall apart
