European Cow (Originally Untitled) – Written August 2004 (Aged 29)

European Cow

it is a crazy world
where a european cow
is better off,
than the average african child
while the farmers,
all scream about hard times
and the rich blow it all on white lines
the average person can’t even –
make it into work
they say they have tried their best
but in reality they are just waiting
to be signed off with stress
and i myself do very little
my beliefs are very strong
it is just my action that is so brittle
