Feed Me, Believe Me and Never Leave Me – Written Saturday 26th June 2020 (Aged 45)

Feed Me, Believe Me and Never Leave Me

i am shouting
i am hurting
i am working
the pay is bad
so i write another story
and then,
i paint my smile on
i am shaking
i am waiting
i am being the best i can
i will paint my smile on
i will try to understand
i will write another entry –
into the diary of my life
into the void of absolute light
i am shouting
i am here, so hold me
tell me all the cliches
tell me that you will feed me
believe me and never leave me
