Float Me Down a River
float me down a river
give me clouds –
which i can believe in
and give me days that do not –
find their way into the bin
or cause my heart to ache
give me a creative welsh dresser
and crockery that does not break
give me thoughts and feelings
that drown out all the hate
float me down a river
given me hope if only by the dozen
we can deliver, we can deliver
