Tonight

so tonight
i watch the car crashes
inside my life
the cancer of stupidity
remains resistant to my knife
the rules of engagement
constantly change
you want me to validate it
would you like my pain
so tonight
i hear about him again
and i know i have
nowhere to go
lights do shine in the distant
but not when you feel this low
