That is My Therapy – Written Wednesday 21st April 2021 (Aged 46)

That is My Therapy

i was not given –
confidence and belief
as a child
i experienced disruption
in my homes
and in my –
care givers
and i was exposed –
to their, abuse –
and poor care
there was not always –
continuity of love
i was not given –
the right tools
from the tool box
and that –
is where i am lost
that is my therapy
that is my therapy
that is my therapy
and it runs, just like that
