Rage Against Me

you will continue to rage against me
it is not personal
it is just an undirected rage
one that has never run its course
probably because it tried to run
before it could walk
it is a bitterness
that self doubt easily bought
just as you rage against others
i will be a focus
another self destroying event
one which you brought upon yourself
and one which you need to explain away
you will continue to rage against me
because your conviction has no sway
