Lack of Self Confidence – Written January 2016 (Aged 40)

Lack of Self Confidence

crippling lack of self confidence
pushing low self esteem down a hill –
on a soap box cart
letters from your front
then fall apart
there is no baggage for us to wear
could we salvage and could we care?
and after all this time,
you still have no one there
you are still there on your own
trying to find some reason of sense
crippling lack of self confidence

James Garratt – January 2016
