Starlets
how do these starlets –
sleep at night?
they are just gatekeepers
how do they sleep at night?
is the salary enough –
is it the idea –
that everywhere has it tough?
how do these starlets –
sleep at night?
has their own mental health
slid down the riverbank
and drifted away
have they closes their eyes
and ignored the passing days
how nice for the starlets –
to absolve themselves –
of responsibility
meanwhile people need help
as they pull excuses –
from everywhere else
how do these starlets –
sleep at night?
does life go by seated on –
a badly painted merry-go-round
does their own mental health
provide the funfair sound?
has their own mortality
become send best to every breath
how do these starlets –
sleep at night?
