We Both Know

no one knows
but i know,
and they know
that’s all that matters
i am not so sure,
when it comes to saviours
i think you save yourself
but i know,
boredom will not beckon
so i reckon,
it is here to stay
no one knows
i know,
and they know
that’s all that matters
and i am flattered,
every time i am i their presence
and all that matters
is that we both know
