They Didn’t Really Know Me
i lost the chance,
but if they do not see me
for what i am,
then they lost the chance as well
at least i understand,
and i realise i did not score,
or answer the ten question plan
but it is true,
i did not let them win at their poker
even though,
i was their number one fan
i lost the chance,
and they made a decision
but i do no want their feedback
for me that only leads to disillusion
they lost a chance,
and they did not really find me
i thought i could make a difference
but i lost the chance,
but if they do not see me
for what i am,
then they lost the chance as well
