Soap Opera
our soap opera
it plays out
to weary and bored viewers
but still,
we act it out
the predictable script
i wonder if you even know
how well you fit
if only,
we could change our script
predictable as it is,
you are always so missed
and i know,
we have been doing this for years
our soap opera,
where the credits roll with the tears
