Long Week
it has been a long week
felt like two
felt like you
isolation and desolation
are a contented companion
especially for a lonely situation
all i could do –
was feel around for the switch
and struggle within my niche
it’s been a hard life
but i am glad that i have lived it
and i’ve got to realise –
exactly where i stand
