I Was Born This Way
i was born this way
never mellowed by the days
only angered –
by what is not received
or what is taken away
my cord must have been tied in a knot
my tears made of sea salt
and memories just parodies that i forgot
it’s a permanent fault
there is a gap which seem like a yawn
i was born this way
it’s just the way i was born
the plans incomplete
the manual already torn
i was born this way
