The Message – Written Monday 13th February 2006 (Aged 30)

The Message

imagine –
if you really knew how someone really saw you
imagine if you had read something
that was never meant for your eyes
yet it had seen it,
and it had revealed everything
imagine if you had hinted at this
but the person had continued to deny
imagine how you would feel
imagine –
the cowardice of this feeble minded being
imagine this person,
the one who can not stand up to you
yet instead can only hint with their snide remarks
and cheap nasty comments
i may not like what people have to say
but be honest with me and you will go far
because i once read what someone really thought of me
i read their deeply disturbed comments
in a private message that i was never meant to see
but i cannot say how i came to read this
for that shows the truly nasty side to me
