Self Responsibility – Written Monday 13th February 2006 (Aged 30)

Self Responsibility

what brings someone to the point –
where they do not accept –
cause and effect?
that their actions not because of freewill
but somehow because,
they were pushed
what happens to someone’s life
for that idea to become the norm
is it an undeveloped cerebellum?
or is it some damaged caused when born ?
perhaps it is genetic
is it environmental and social?
the complete denial of any self responsibility
poses an immediate question
of how they would cope in any disaster
rushing for a hiding place,
the hunt for a plaster
what brings someone to the point –
where they do not accept –
any self responsibility?
