Walk Away – Written Wednesday 8th March 2006 (Aged 31)

Walk Away

the problem is i will walk away
dealing with parents rejection
it is the hardest thing that i have done
nothing since has been so difficult
so when it comes to others
there is no real incentive for me to stay
that is the problem in all relationships
no matter what their nature
there is a moment when you need each other
and that moment has to grow
then you have to think long term
and it is the seeds that you have to sow
the problem is that i needed them once
but then they never moved on
that is why when they look
they notice that i have already gone
