collectively perhaps –
i think –
is a star shape

two wrongs never quite make a right…
it’s another, ‘online hero’,
typing with all their might

pulled my socks up
in readiness for mass change
days,
when insecurity had a sepia grain

i stare into the water
wondering what lies ahead
and what lies beyond

learn to be grateful
you know you can do that
do not get so tangled up –
in proving points –
that do not matter

emotions as a dictionary
one with plenty to say,
rolling off the tongue,
when mischievous nature –
was pure and young
