Knots
personally
i am bankrupt at present
feeling older than my years
a sailor on a sea of tears
a climber
on a mountain of fears
feeling older than my years
personally
i am redundant at present
shifting scenes have corrupted
all my dreams
the hope of adult weakened
but never with the insecurity of my teens
personally
i need time away
i have lost a hell of a lot
and I need to revitalize
all of the love I have got
before I lose it
tying myself up in emotional knots
