clambering through my past
cleaning myself down
picking bits of dirt off my face
visiting place
a sentimental tourist
in my own past
i read my entries
and wonder, how did i last
now i seem fit and well
time has been kind
in its kiss and tell
who i was back then
in those post marriage days
when i knew so little
i make my own way
as a sentimental tourist
clambering through my past
