Dances
time dances
i sit against my wall
images dance
i remember being small
fingers move
reaching for the tall
brain seems muddled
or perhaps too full
time for childhood memories
splashing in those puddles
images move
things begin to form
it is just one more dream
just as i was born
memories dances
memories get displaced
people are met
opinions are shaped
time dances
i lie awake in my bed
imagination chances
the revolving world in my head
it all becomes different dances
