More of the Same

people demand change
so…
they vote for more of the same
conservatives,
and conservatism once again
how is this,
such desired change
the instruments of our fate
straight back in place,
black to the silver plate
people demand change
but..
they vote for more of the same
conservatives,
and cruelty once again
