Outsider
i share my house
and i feel like an alien
i have signed up –
to hypocrisy
their new found love
hurts –
like a personal conspiracy
i share my hands
i am on the outside
my smile –
is on an all out campaign
to hide the hurt inside
i have –
called the rescue services
just so –
they can salvage some light –
from my eyes
i share my home
with all these new found things
a new love, big and hearty
i try not to listen
i am just a third party
and i know how he feels
he says he is concerned for me
but how can that be real
he does not even know me
