Holding on For Luck
i am holding on for luck
standing by a request only bus stop
i am holding on for a day
but i a feel like i am a chained slave
it is a sudden and earthy feeling
i am holding on for luck
still waiting for the bus to come
perhaps it came and went
when i was just so young
perhaps you will understand what i meant
perhaps you are a true human being
i am holding on for luck
but do they hold on for me?
i need all their special stuff
just to let things be
i am holding on for luck
standing by a request only bus stop
it is a strong and windy day
and there is no sign of any luck
perhaps the request was never made
perhaps luck will never come my way
