Running
run as fast as you can
run so fast –
that you overtake the wind
and want to,
run faster
and just look behind
not so fine
not so good
can’t you wake from the nightmare
the nightmare of an unpopulated world
one without a soul there
i liked the way you were
when you had something to share
now that person i knew
no longer seems to be there
the world you knew –
had crumbled and fallen all around you
so keep on running
because it seems, that is all you can do
