Out On The Plane
out on the plane
i paid for the pleasure
but i went for the pain
a plateau of sleep
leaves me down again
out on the plane
i am an astral servant
a traveller not yet trained
we ride on lions
we run through the wind
we jump over canyons
we make our way to the beach
out on the plane
a name nestles just out of reach
it is sweet to taste
and cool to the touch
every time is another chance
but perhaps one too much
