Who Do I Live Up To
who do i live up to
that vodka and coke
that pushed my pushchair
and stifled the joke
who do i live up to
the insecurity inside
that dirty wedding dress
worn by a familiar bride
god, it has been such a mess
i cannot even remember the kitchen floor
or when i passed the test
who do i live up to
death all dressed up
but with no place to go
the cartoon princess
all white like death and not like snow
