For The Moment

sleeping lightly, holding tightly
do you believe the end is nigh?
do you think it is time to say goodbye?
i always feel,
that i do not mix easily
sometimes i just feel like a joke
i feel like i do not mix easily
like cheap vodka and cheap coke
sleeping lightly, the eyes do not peep
the life we live still goes on
older than i was yesterday
do you think our time is up?
do you think nature has had enough?
do you think it is time to lament
vicars everywhere are converting
they must want to repent
sleeping lightly, heavily i creep in
do you live for the moment
for every second that so suddenly dies
