never really nailed down this being with others
because,
boundless love does not provide all weather cover
too long, too long, fending for myself
i forget that the world wants more
and i forget shutting down is shutting off
i need to remember the care of others
and that it’s no bad thing,
and in fact, for me, it is rather good
in a world where going solo can prove so very hard
where the hungry wolves of society will tear you apart
i know,
i know i should give much more of me and my heart
