Anger Turns to Hurt – Written Saturday 26th November 2005 (Aged 30)

Anger Turns to Hurt

anger turns to hurt
the hurt turns back to anger
and the cement mixer mud
well, they both begin to swell
i am so angry…
it hurts like a personal hell
anger turns to tears
and then,
as tears dry,
they turn back to anger
and i have to admit
i am lost to this sea
it is a short sharp shock
that readily consumes me
hurt turns to anger
as anger easily turns back to hurt
