Think Again – Written December 2005 (Aged 30)

Think Again

i do not need a diagnosis
i am…
well, i am just me
no one needs a label
ill thought out or otherwise
all anyone needs
is to feel calm inside
what i do
and how i behave
is partly fruit from the family tree
and partly the mass of all my days

i do not need a diagnosis
or to be told who i am
i am..
well i am just fine
and i believe that a label
says far more about the person
who decides to apply it
far more,
than the person receiving it
individuality,
and who we are
are our most precious assets
