Romance

i have never romanced anyone
because no one has made me feel
made me feel like you do
no one has made me feel so alive
not in the way you do
you make me romantic
it has been a hard life,
with a tendency to be pedantic
and a clawing desire to get out
everything so frantic,
i have never romanced anyone
because no one has made me feel
made me feel like you do
you have made me feel human
made me a man of expression
everyone wants to stop losing
move forwards to a better destination
i have never been romantic
i have never believed before
but i do believe now
it is you that i adore
and we will work it out somehow
