Change The Pain

i have got a smile
and i know things will change
never be the same,
dispense with the pain,
drop the crutches
i do not feel so lame
i know that you know
that it’s time to let go
and then looks forwards
i have a smile
and now a friend
one who looks at me
with a look so beautiful
you know it’s so real
and i know things will change
never be the same,
change the pain,
take other other,
and change the canvas in the frame
i have got a woman,
who makes it seem worthwhile
