The Act
if you want me to
i will play the part
i will be the clown
but you will be,
the only one smiling
i will be down
it’s just an act,
of a well played scene
its not really fact
it’s just a routine
if you never take yourself seriously
the others never will
sometimes when you laugh at me
i am going through hell
you don’t listen to my pleas
it’s just another joke,
one more funny line
for you, it’s a holiday
for me, i am only doing time
