How Many Does It Take?

how many dreams does it take –
to build a boat?
sail the ocean,
and reach a heaven
a buckled wheel and no direction
is the bicycle we ride
and it is only because of you
that i get a glimpse of paradise
lost in rhythms of the mind
or changes in direction
i have been a general disaster
presiding of ill advised situations
so, how many dreams does it take –
to build a boat?
and then find what you dreamed of
i wish i was like you
and not so much like me
you this game so very well
how can i feel anything but love and envy
