Something Inside

there is something inside
that we just cannot explain
a piece of the puzzle
a piece of the stain
there is a clip of darkness
the edge that we just can’t define
my hope would be eternal,
if i could just locate,
this piece of my mind
there is something inside
something which is creative
but as creative,
as it is destructive
and it is as dark as it is beautiful
a piece of something
that we just cannot define
there is something inside
like a certain piece of our minds
