A Different Place To Stay – Written Saturday 29th August 2009 (Aged 34)

A Different Place To Stay

i am moving away
going to find my head
a different place to stay
my dreams were bubbles
filling out the days
they burst them with their troubles
before i knew it,
i am left with a ton of rubble
so i am moving away
i need to be loved to
i need to be care for
i cannot go on with this
wondering about the future
i am moving away
and they will not notice
it could seem quite polite
as i leave the room
i will turn off the light
leaving behind this feeling of gloom
and no one holding me tight
