another day
the diet drinks
the diet industry
conspires to devalue
and consume
your self esteem
and,
every personal trainer
is a personal tease,
it is a, ‘no brainer’
they take the fee
that is,
what it means, to be, ‘free’
i see you share
your body shamed dreams
every post
is a constant scream
and i wish
i could find the words
to help ease your feelings
