Live Many Lives – Written Tuesday 28th August 2001 (Aged 26)

Live Many Lives

wear it down
let the wind blow in
believe in life
do not love the leavers
who belittle the heart
love them to death
give them a net
to see if they can catch,
your magic breath
wear it down
make plasticine models
a paper mache crown
wear it in the house
do what you can
as quiet as the mouse
that sits in your hand
believe in life
do not love the leavers
who make crystal knives
live everyday
live many lives
