Silence Speaks Volumes
you said nothing
and that kind of silence speaks volumes
it lets you know
where you stand
it tells you
in you, how much someone believes
and in reality it says, exit
and shows you the door to leave
i took advice
i never wanted to hear
but that is okay
you said nothing
just part of the band
too busy pretending
too bust, too naive
that all this is never ending
