Every Single Opportunity – Written Monday 25th February 2008 (Aged 33)

Every Single Opportunity

i have opened doors
that were previously closed
those doors remain open
for those that know
for those that hold on
and whose memory does not go
they can walk through them
they can stay where they are
i will respect their choice
i just need to know
if i can still hear their voice
and if nothing happens
than i shall walk away
knowing that i give it
every single opportunity
