Those Words

you voice,
you strange far off voice
it is accent
it is a tone
it is a steady descent
somewhere from a black mountain
down, into the beautiful meadows

your voice,
your strange voice
its wonderful tone
why am i here
without you and feeling so alone
without you so near

you voice,
telling me words
that instead of instilling fear
they only bring me safely into a harbour
and it makes us feel so near
those word with you voice
its all i wanted to hear
