Pick and Choose – Written June 2000 (Aged 25)

Pick and Choose

some of us –
do get what we want
others are able –
to pick and choose
some of us feel different
and some of us –
just get used
it is such a shame
and it is such a game
you get what you want
but in reality –
it feels hollow –
and it feels strange
