Effervescent Moods

i am –
a bit of a show off
i have –
examined some psychology
and i guess,
it is linked to childhood
those days
that never could
and those days
that always would

i am –
a bit of a show off
i like to entertain
but attention –
is an ill fitting frame
and that’s what makes me –
such a pain
i guess –
it is linked to childhood
and those days
of effervescent moods
